Terms of Service

These terms govern the services provided by GALA TOUR — Nanjing Gala Tour Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Gala Tour Co., Ltd. By booking with us you accept them.

Enquiries and booking

An enquiry sent through this website is not a booking. A journey is confirmed only when you have accepted a written proposal and paid the confirmation deposit stated in it.

Payment and cancellation

Unless your proposal states otherwise: a 20% deposit confirms your journey, with the balance payable on arrival. The deposit is fully refundable up to 15 days before departure. Inside 15 days, refunds depend on costs already committed on your behalf (hotels, trains, guides) and are always itemised honestly.

What we promise

Licensed vehicles, insured drivers, itemised pricing, and no forced shopping stops — ever. If we make a mistake, we fix it at our cost.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for holding a valid passport, visa (or visa-free eligibility), and travel insurance covering your time in China. We are happy to advise, but entry requirements remain the traveller's responsibility.
